Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Prepare a variety of snacks and refreshments according to company standards
Ensure all food and beverage items are fresh and properly stocked
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of snack bar area
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests
Collaborate with other crew members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests
Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills and cash handling experience
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to work well in a team environment
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
