Assist with the installation, maintenance, and servicing of equipment.

Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics on mechanical and electrical systems.

Provide technical support to senior engineers.

Communicate effectively with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times.

Job Requirements:

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service: Ability to engage professionally with clients.

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Driver’s License (Advantageous):
