Job Description
Roles and responsibilities :
Service Oversight & Coordination:
Manage end-to-end delivery of SOC services, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients/internal stakeholders for SOC-related service issues and updates.
Facilitate communication between SOC analysts, engineers, and external teams.
Performance & Reporting:
Monitor and report on SOC performance metrics.
Lead service review meetings and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
Identify service improvement opportunities and manage their implementation.
Team Management & Support:
Collaborate with SOC Manager to ensure optimal resource allocation and performance.
Assist in developing training plans and professional development for SOC engineer.
Support shift scheduling and operational planning.
Incident & Escalation Management:
Ensure timely response and resolution of security incidents and escalations.
Support incident lifecycle management, including documentation and post-incident reviews.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure services comply with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in audits and support risk assessments.
