Key Responsibilities:

Service Staff:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
• Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
• Ensure excellent customer experience
• Coordinate with kitchen and barista team

Barista:

• Prepare and serve coffee & beverages as per standards
• Maintain consistency in taste and presentation
• Handle coffee machine and equipment properly
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of work area
• Manage basic stock and report shortages
