Job Description

As a Service Admin Support, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth service operations while being the backbone of our team. Record new customer and equipment details in the system.
Receive and process Site Survey Requests (STR/PO).
Create work order tickets and secure necessary documentation from Field Service Engineers (FSE).
Submit installation documents to Sales and prepare PO completion reports.
Email the weekly Installation Report every Friday.
Manage the Annual PM Plan, creating work order tickets for scheduled maintenance.
Prepare and issue Preventive Maintenance Letters, Certificates, and Stickers.
Route and track service requests for PM kits and standard kit replenishments.
Submit detailed reports for PM completion.
