Role Description

As Senior Manager Sales, you will be responsible for leading and executing high-impact sales strategies to expand our client base among wealth management firms, financial advisors, and large distributors. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to identify key market opportunities, shape our go-to-market approach, and build long-term relationships that contribute to sustainable revenue growth.

This role demands a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape, especially in the financial services domain, and a proven ability to lead enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closure. You will manage and mentor a growing sales team, drive performance through data-backed decision-making, and ensure customer success by closely partnering with product and support teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a Mutual fund distribution company, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
