Location:- THANE,MULUND,KALBADEVI,VASHI

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Thane. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service, and understanding their insurance needs. Day-to-day tasks include educating clients on different insurance plans, handling queries, processing existing client requests, and cross-selling insurance products. The Relationship Manager will play a critical role in client retention and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bancaasurance Exprieance Required minimum 1 year

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer service and relationship-building skills

• Ability to understand and explain various insurance products

• Experience in sales and marketing

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

• Problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
