Senior Product Specialist

Role: Sr. Product Manager Experience: 10+ years Location: Noida WFO Client: A leading Fintech Co. Qualification • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the fintech industry. • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products. • Strong understanding of financial services and regulatory environments. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy: • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company’s goals. • Identify market opportunities and trends to inform product development and positioning. Leadership: • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product management team. • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the product organization. Stakeholder Collaboration: • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements. • Act as a liaison between executive leadership and product teams to communicate product vision and priorities. Product Development: • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration. • Implement agile methodologies to enhance product development processes. Customer Focus: • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to inform product enhancements. • Champion user experience and ensure products meet customer needs and expectations. Performance Metrics: • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform strategic decisions. • Use data-driven insights to optimize product features and functionalities.
