Responsibilities 1) Support: Be the first point of contact for all Sales team queries regarding product information, leads, and payment. 2) Analysis: Find leaks and optimize the sales pipeline. 3) To do follow-up calls with current students to check in on their experience and pending payments. 4) Identifying references through the existing student base to increase the sales pipeline. 5) Prepare and maintain a master database of all students and their journeys. 6) Learn/ Upgrade one’s Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, and market understanding. Must have qualities 1) Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. 2) Charismatic, competitive, and enthusiastic personality. 3) Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills. 4) Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.Karnataka
