Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Day-to-Day Marketing Operations

• Manage the end-to-end execution of all marketing activities across in-store, digital, and aggregator platforms, ensuring timely rollout and brand consistency.

• Coordinate with regional and store teams for POSM deployment, menu updates, local activations, and seasonal campaigns.

• Own the marketing calendar, tracking deadlines, approvals, and delivery with clear checklists and processes.

2. Campaign Execution & Promotions

• Execute national and local campaigns to drive traffic, trials, and repeat purchases, including festivals, new launches, and tactical offers.

• Work with agencies and internal teams to adapt creative assets for different formats (social, in-app, in-store, CRM, print) while maintaining brand guidelines.

• Monitor live campaigns daily, making tactical adjustments to creatives, targeting, and offers based on performance data.

3. Digital, Aggregators & CRM

• Coordinate day-to-day listings, offers, and visibility on delivery aggregators, ensuring accuracy in menus, pricing, and creatives.

• Work with digital partners on performance marketing campaigns (paid social, search, app) and track key metrics like CTR, CAC, and conversions.

• Manage CRM and automation journeys (SMS/WhatsApp/email/app) to support repeat purchase, cart recovery, and loyalty engagement.

4. Brand Consistency & In-Store Experience

• Ensure all customer touchpoints (store signage, packaging, menus, displays) reflect current campaigns and brand guidelines.

• Support implementation of new packaging, gift boxes, and merchandising concepts in collaboration with operations and design.

• Conduct regular audits (virtual or in-person) of store branding and marketing implementation, sharing clear action points with operations.

5. Analytics, Reporting & Process Improvement

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly marketing KPIs such as footfall, online orders, campaign ROI, and digital performance by channel.

• Prepare concise reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting what worked, what did not, and clear next steps.

• Improve marketing workflows and SOPs to reduce turnaround time, minimize errors, and increase efficiency across campaigns and channels.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with operations on store-level initiatives, new store launches, and local marketing requirements.

• Collaborate with product/culinary on go-to-market plans for new products, including launch timelines, messaging, and sampling activities.

• Partner with finance to track spends against budgets and ensure efficient utilization for maximum ROI.

Experience & Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3–4 years in a hands-on marketing operations or brand execution role in QSR, retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.

• Strong track record in executing multi-channel campaigns, managing agencies, and working with digital and aggregator platforms.

• Comfortable working with data and tools (Excel, dashboards, CRM, ad platforms) to make practical, performance-led decisions.

• Master’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
