Roles and Responsibilities:
Acquire Beauty Brands Business:
• Identify and prospect potential beauty brands for contract manufacturing partnerships.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to pitch our manufacturing services to beauty brands.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with beauty brands, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Explore New Opportunities in Contract Manufacturing:
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the beauty industry.
• Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to assess our capabilities and capacity to meet market demands.
• Develop innovative solutions and offerings to attract new clients and expand our contract manufacturing portfolio.
Build and Maintain Relationships:
• Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in the beauty industry.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services and brand.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to meet their business objectives.
Collaborate Internally:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
• Provide regular updates on market trends, competitive intelligence, and business
performance to senior management.
Drive Revenue Growth:
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
• Continuously assess and optimize sales strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to existing clients to enhance revenue streams.

1. Beauty Brands Acquisition:
• Number of new beauty brands acquired for contract manufacturing partnerships.
• Revenue generated from new beauty brand contracts.
2. Contract Manufacturing Expansion:
• Number of new contract manufacturing opportunities identified and pursued.
• Percentage increase in revenue from new contract manufacturing projects.
3. Client Relationship Management:
• Satisfaction levels of beauty brands and contract manufacturing clients.
• Client retention rate and repeat business from existing clients.
4. Market Insights and Innovation:
• Insights provided on emerging beauty industry trends and market opportunities.
• Number of innovative solutions developed to meet client needs and market demands.
5. Revenue Growth and Targets:
• Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
• Growth rate in revenue from the beauty brands business and contract manufacturing
Overall Experience:
• Must have experience of 6+ years in Business Development and Sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the beauty or
contract manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of beauty industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
