nJob Summary: PwC India is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Deals team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and resource management, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources to drive the success of our deals practice. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex projects and teams

.Key Responsibilities

• :Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• :Lead the FP&A function for PwC India Deals, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

• .Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership

• .Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes

• .Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives

• .Resource Management

• :Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources across the Deals practice

• .Collaborate with project teams to ensure the right talent is deployed to the right projects at the right time

• .Develop and implement resource management strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity

• .Manage and mentor a team of resource management professionals

• .Stakeholder Management

• :Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• .Communicate effectively with senior leadership, clients, and team members

• .Provide regular updates and reports on project status and resource utilization

.Qualifications

• :Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred

• .Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in FP&A, resource management, or related roles, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry

• .Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

• .Excellent project management and organizational skills

• .Proven ability to lead and manage teams

• .Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• .Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
