Job Summary
• Responsible for the daily P&L controls and review Non Performing clients across various products.
• Responsible for Credit loss provision, Interest & Income releases for Non Performing clients.
• Creation of unsupervised process to substantiate ledger balances along with reconciliation to Subledger balances.
• Production of timely and accurate Management Information reports relating Non Performing clients .
Strategy
• Deep understanding for review and revenue recognition in line with IFRS9 & IFRS15 accounting standards.
• Review and reasoning of Daily, Weekly and month Income fluctuations across the countries and Balance Sheet Movement for Non Performing Clients.
• Actively engaging with stakeholders across multiple functions and representing PC on various forums.
Key Responsibilities
Business
• Responsible to oversee and review the BAU controls, reporting, and escalation process.
• Establishing best practice across various PC process, streamlining and automation.
• Review of Key Control Indicators (KCI) and Control Sample Testing (CST).
• Supporting control & governance, external audits and regulators queries.
• Support new business initiative and help execute on management strategies.
• Lead project delivery and represent Product Control in project forums.

Qualifications
• CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
• 6+ years of experience in banking finance.
