Senior Manager - Monitoring & Evaluation| Social Development

Key Responsibilities

M&E and Research

● Create and deploy digital surveys using CAPI programs (SurveyCTO, etc)

● Manage data quality, cleaning, and documentation processes

● Conduct statistical analysis using STATA for program evaluation

● Author evaluation reports and policy recommendations

● Develop impact evaluation studies using experimental and quasi-experimental methods

● Ensure compliance with relevant M&E frameworks, standards, and ethical guidelines

● Experience in survey design and data collection methodologies

Field Operations

● Lead field team training on M&E methodologies and data collection

● Monitor data collection at project sites across India

● Oversee field logistics and budgets for evaluations

● Review and adapt M&E tools to local contexts, including translations

● Conduct mid-term and end-term evaluations, including needs assessments and impact

evaluations.

Reporting and Documentation:

● Prepare regular M&E reports for stakeholders, including donors, partners, and

management.

● Present findings through visualizations, reports, and presentations.

● Document lessons learned and recommend improvements to programs

● Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI etc.)

● Ensure alignment of M&E systems with project objectives and expected outcomes

Required Qualifications

- Master's degree in Economics, Development Studies, or related field

- 6+ years of M&E experience in development sector

- Advanced STATA proficiency

- Experience with digital data collection platforms

- Strong quantitative research and statistical analysis skills
