Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA (based on experience and performance)

Job Purpose:
To drive direct sales of Mahindra Holidays' unique vacation ownership products at the destination center, by engaging walk-in customers, delivering persuasive product presentations, and closing profitable deals. The role involves building strong client relationships and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and referral generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Target Achievement
Convert walk-in leads at the destination into confirmed sales through effective need-based selling.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Ensure high conversion ratios from lead to sale.
Client Engagement
Deliver engaging and informative product presentations to walk-in customers.
Build trust and rapport with prospective clients to understand their vacation needs.
Guide new members through the onboarding and first-time holiday booking process.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain post-sale relationships to ensure member satisfaction and generate referrals.
Handle member concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Product Knowledge & Market Awareness
Stay updated on Mahindra Holidays' offerings, benefits, and promotions.
Understand the competitive landscape and communicate unique value propositions effectively.
Referral Generation
Actively seek referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Graduate (mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in field or direct sales (hospitality or timeshare sales preferred)
Age: Up to 35 years
Gender: Male candidates preferred (as per role requirement)
Languages:
Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory
Additional language proficiency is a plus
