Senior Engineering Leader

About the Role

• We are seeking a Senior Engineering Leader to oversee the management of engineering and maintenance requirements, ensuring high efficiency in plant and machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management of engineering and maintenance projects to achieve optimal plant availability and utilization.

• Leverage equipment productivity, reliability, and maintainability to enable cost-effective operations.

• Manage internal and external teams to deliver successful engineering projects.

• Hire, assign, direct, and evaluate employees, overseeing staff competence development.

• Maintain plant and machinery through preventive maintenance systems and best practices.

• Manage capital expenditure processes to align with company strategy and plant needs.

• Lead improvement projects with manufacturing teams.

• Mentor team members to enhance their skills and maintain high morale.

Requirements

• A minimum of 12-17 years of experience as an Engineering Manager for a global FMCG setup.

• Tier 1-Engineering College graduate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead, motivate, and produce results through people.
