Job Overview:
The Senior Brand Manager (Client Servicing) - Digital Marketing will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships for 8 Views. This includes understanding client needs, managing communications, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have an experience working in an agency for 3 years and possess deep understanding of client needs, be highly organized, and have excellent communication skills to effectively manage expectations and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as their trusted advisor for all campaign-related needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategies that meet their business goals and align with marketing objectives.
• Manage client communications, ensuring their needs are understood, addressed, and resolved promptly.
• Oversee the execution of campaigns across digital and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Work closely with internal teams, including creative, performance marketing, and SEO, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Gather and analyze client feedback, market trends, and competitor strategies to continuously refine and improve client strategies.
• Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights and regular updates to clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on campaign performance, upcoming opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
• Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring resource allocation maximizes ROI.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• 3+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or client relations, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• A solid understanding of performance marketing, digital marketing strategies, and KPIs, along with market trends.
• A good sense of creativity and the ability to ideate and collaborate with creative teams.
• Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and campaign execution.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in G Suite; knowledge of Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
