Job Description
JD- • Provide technical support for the Kronos Workforce Management system including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to timekeeping scheduling and payroll • Configure and maintain system settings user accounts and security roles within the Kronos application • Collaborate with HR Payroll and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee time and attendance data • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations • Develop and deliver training sessions for end users on Kronos system functionalities and best practices • Assist in the implementation of system upgrades patches and new features • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement • Provide support for integration with other HR and Payroll systems
