SAP Analyst

Based in our GCC Hubs, the ERP Application Capability Centre is a key part of Haleon’s Tech strategy towards delivering changes to our critical SAP ERP landscapes. The team comprises of inhouse and outsources resources and work together in delivering SAP Technical and Functional changes that enable Haleon to meet our Consumer’s needs. We are looking for a sap functional analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge in any SAP module, strong foundation in project management methodologies, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering successful projects within time, budget, and scope. Candidates with certifications in SAP, PRINCE2 or PMP, and experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry will have a distinct advantage. Role Responsibilities: • Assist in planning, executing, managing tests, and closing change requests and projects within timelines, and scope. • Collaborate with Delivery Managers to meet all project objectives. • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans. • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution. • Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to track progress. • Proactively manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. • Report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and escalate issues when necessary. • Maintain and update project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards. • Author the test plan, review and approve test scripts, and compile the test report. • Manage and coordinate test execution resources according to the project's testing scope. • Oversee defect management, retesting, and closure, and report progress regularly. • Coordinate with QRC/BQRC and E-compliance for test case/post-execution reviews and deliverable approval. Why you? Skills and Qualifications : • 7+ years of project management experience, ideally within the CPG industry (preferred but not essential). • Proficient in project management software (MS Project, ServiceNow, JIRA, Trello, or similar). • Solid understanding of SAP modules and formal project management methodologies. • PRINCE2, PMP, or other relevant certifications will be an added advantage. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships. • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail. • Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry will be considered a significant advantage. Educational Requirements : • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. • SAP Certification • Project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP) are highly desirable.
