Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Scope of Work Contract/PO Creation : Collaborate with contract managers/owners/focal points to create comprehensive Scope of Work documents for contracts and purchase orders.
Purchase Requisition (PR) Management : Manage the creation and processing of Purchase Requisitions in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
Berita Acara Serah Terima (BAST) Handling : Facilitate the creation and management of Berita Acara Serah Terima (BAST) documents using e-VIM platform, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
Service Entry Sheet (SES) Processing : Handle the creation and processing of Service Entry Sheets (SES) in SAP, verifying services rendered and ensuring proper documentation.
Cost Variance Analysis : Conduct cost variance analysis using GR55 functionality in SAP, providing insights into financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Financial Transaction Management : Manage financial transactions including advance requests, settlement advances, expense claims, and corporate credit card settlements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and guidelines.
Adhoc Project Support : Provide support for adhoc projects as directed by contract managers/owners/focal points, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project objectives.
Minimum Qualification :
Good English communication skill, both verbal and written
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting or Finance preferred with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00.
Excellent understanding of PR-PO and SES in SAP.
2+ years of experience SAP in FICO or MM module (user or key user).
Able to utilize Windows professional suite (Excel, MS office, Word, and Powerpoint)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform cost variance analysis.
Excellent understanding of the procure-to-pay business process
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced changing environment
Ability to work in team & independent.
