Job Title: Sales Coordinator cum Customer Support Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks to achieve sales targets.

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely support to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage and process customer orders accurately and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.

• Maintain and update customer records and sales data in CRM systems.

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications between the sales team, customers, and other departments.

• Track sales performance and prepare reports for management review.

• Assist in lead qualification and follow-up to convert leads into sales.

• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to implement sales strategies and promotions.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.

• Maintain inventory of sales materials and promotional items.
