About the role We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets our organisation's needs. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. What you'll be doing Configuring and maintaining the Salesforce environment, including objects, fields, workflows, and security settings Developing and implementing customised solutions to enhance the functionality of Salesforce Providing end-user training and support, ensuring the effective utilisation of the platform Analysing and reporting on Salesforce data to drive business insights and decision-making Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address Salesforce-related requirements Staying up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices, and implementing changes as needed Troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce-related issues in a timely and efficient manner What we're looking for Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and administration Proficiency in creating and customising Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports Familiarity with Apex coding, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Certification as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer is preferred What we offer At iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc., we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
