Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell loan products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, Vehicle Loans, etc.

Identify potential customers through field visits, referrals, and tele-calling

Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation clearly

Collect and verify required documents and coordinate with the credit team

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction

Stay updated with company products, policies, and market trends

Eligibility & Skills

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of loan products is an advantage

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented

Willingness to work in the field and meet customers
