Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver sales training programs focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and customer engagement.
• Conduct onboarding training for new sales hires to ensure a smooth ramp-up process.
• Develop interactive training materials, including presentations, role-plays, sales scripts, and case studies.
• Implement ongoing coaching sessions to enhance selling skills and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
• Track and analyze training effectiveness using sales performance metrics and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive strategies to refine training content.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales processes and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to conduct role-plays, simulations, and real-world sales scenario training.
• Data-driven approach to assess training impact and optimize strategies.
• Passion for motivating and developing sales professionals
