● Monitoring and auditing calls made by admission counselors.
● Share feedback with the team and managers.
● Providing employees with relevant Quality Control training - QA training.
● Take initiative for process improvement and to improve call quality.
● Conduct call-calibrations.
● Creating and updating SOPs.
● Conduct training for new and current sales associates and develop individualized training plans for underperforming salespersons.
● Schedule orientations and related training events for individuals and teams.
● Observe sales encounters and determine the training needs for individuals and/or sales teams.
● Improve training techniques when needed to meet the unique demands of cases.
● Stay updated with current market trends and the changing demands of the sales environment.
● End-to-end ownership of Sales teams' training requirements (new joiner as well as refresher training).
● Proactively conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
● Show visible & measurable impact of training programs.
● Conduct effective training sessions on soft skills topics, and deploy a wide variety of training methods.
● Monitor and evaluate training programs' effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
● Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior through quality audit / innovative method.
Requirements
● Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
● Proven experience in call quality analysis.
● Approachable and vibrant personality.
● Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
● Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable.
