Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven professional to manage and mentor a team of telesales executives. As a key member of our sales organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and guiding their team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

\Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of telesales executives to achieve sales targets.\

• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion rates and maximize revenue.\

• Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide coaching to improve efficiency.\

• Conduct regular training and upskilling sessions to enhance team capabilities.\

• Evaluate and maintain high-quality customer interactions.\

• Address customer complaints and escalations efficiently to ensure satisfaction.\

• Prepare and present sales reports, performance reviews, and forecasts to management.\

Requirements:

\

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in telesales or sales (preferably in a BPO/call center environment).\

• A graduate degree in any field (MBA is an advantage).\

• Strong leadership and team management skills.\

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.\

• Data-driven approach to decision-making.\

• The ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.\
