Job Description
Responsibilities • Client Analysis: Study and understand the client's warehouse operations and processes. • Demo Preparation: Customize and prepare software demos based on the client's specific operations. • Presentation: Present the tailored software demo to clients, showcasing the benefits and functionalities of our WMS. • Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed. • Query Resolution: Resolve any functional and technical queries raised by clients during the demo presentation. Requirements • Exp: 2+ Years. • Expertise in WMS: Excellent knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems. • Sales Interest: A strong interest in sales and business development. • Experience: Prior experience in any role supporting sales, preferably in a related field. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address client queries effectively. • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Technical Acumen: Basic technical understanding to resolve functional and technical queries.
