Sales Representative (Organic Fertilizer/Day Old Chicks)

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Agriculture (Crop Science, Agronomy, Soil Science, Animal Science) and/or Agricultural Engineering

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

With at least 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Must be willing to do field works.

Products: Day-Old Chicks and Fertilizer

Responsibilities:

• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

• Prepare sales presentation and determine marketing strategies.

• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers/dealers.

• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Prepares and submit weekly and monthly sales report.
