Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Centura Square IT Park, Thane West

Working Hours: 6 PM – 4 AM or 9 PM – 7 AM, 5 days a week (US Shift)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our sales team. As a sales representative, you will connect with potential customers, understand their needs, effectively present our services, close sales, resolve complaints, and manage booking details.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective customers through phone calls and digital communication channels
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, service-related information
• Follow up with leads effectively and close sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and leads
• Consistently achieve assigned individual sales targets
• Ensure a positive, professional, and high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process
