Sales Representative

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Process and issue order slips accurately, ensuring a high level of accuracy in pricing and quantity allocation.

• Assist and attend to customers at the counter.

• Handle phone-in inquiries and process customer orders efficiently.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate and manage truck movements for timely and efficient deliveries.

• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

• Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Go on Field Sales trips along Coast region to develop relations with customers.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma in sales, business, or a related field is a plus.

• 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.

• English and Kiswahili, Hindi or Cutchi or Gujrati

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with order processing systems.

• Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in the manufacturing, construction materials, or steel industry.

• Knowledge of inventory and logistics coordination.

• Familiarity with order processing systems.
