Clario Customer Services is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative who is interested to work in a multitasking international environment!

What you will be doing :

provide world-class customer service via phone calls;

attract potential customers by answering product and service questions;

offer company’s service and persuade potential customers to purchase it;

handle and resolve customer complaints;

identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction;

provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;

follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

What you need for this position :

B2+ English level;

excellent communication and presentation skills;

ability to learn and adapt fast;

driven and motivated mindset;

understanding of sales process and persuasion skills;

strong customer focus and service orientation;

stress tolerance and decision-making.
