Sales Officer

Role- Sales Officer/ Branch Sales Manager- Retail Key Skills- Fresher, Field Sales, Open Market, Mortgage Loan, Loan Against property. Location- Karjat, Kalyan, Thane, Dombivali, Nerul, Mira Road, Borivali, Virar, Boisar. Qualification- 10 Pass, 12 Pass, Any Graduation. Experience- Fresher/ 6 Months to 05.00 Years in open market. CTC to be provide- 16000 K in hand/ 3.75 LPA CTC Responsibilities: • Initiate Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales planning. Effective communication of individual target expectation and team target expectation to the team and plan accordingly. Adherence of day wise sales plan for self and his team for market activities. Ensuring regular follow up to track progress of team and take corrective action wherever required. Ensuring proper planning and availability of resources in advance for all market activities, coordinate with Branch Manager for activities which will be done in conjunction with other branch staff. Maintain daily sales efficiency by ensuring leads are updated in daily sales report by team. Initiate NPA customer calling for pending payments. Role: Field Sales Executive
