About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in commercial construction and industrial exterior solutions. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in B2B sales, contractor/developer engagement, and project-based selling. Kannada fluency is mandatory as the role involves local market interaction in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for commercial & industrial exterior projects
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in Bangalore and nearby regions
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, builders, PMC consultants, and industrial clients
• Manage complete sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth execution
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction / industrial exterior sales
• Strong network with builders, contractors, architects in Bangalore
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Kannada fluency (spoken) – Mandatory
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi preferred
• Immediate joiner preferred
