Job Description
Park+ is looking for a go-getter who is interested in functioning in a fast-paced high ownership environment. This individual will be a sales powerhouse, who will meet or exceed established sales goals through the implementation of sales activities. In this role, you will ● Drive Sales of IoT-based products in residential societies, ● Own end-to-end client relationships from sales to delivery, inciting trust and faith in consumers ● Manage relationships with Channel partners, internal and external stakeholders ● Drive new initiatives with clients in their territory/cluster, visualizing and being key stakeholders in this venture What we are looking for : ● 3 to 4 years of experience in B2B Sales. ● Ability to find new leads, make channel partners, and prospect for new clients by networking, cold emailing, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients. ● Excellent communication & negotiation skills. ● Consultative Sales experience with multiple stakeholders/ decision makers. ● Willing to travel extensively, organized, and self-motivated. ● Ability to maintain a strong funnel at all times and sell a tech product on the go. Would be helpful to have : ● MBA preferred. ● Have previously worked in a fast-paced startup environment. ● Experience and existing relationships with RWA’s & Builders would be an added advantage. ● Working proficiency in the local language & knowledge of the territory.
