We’re looking for a dynamic Sourcing Manager who thrives on relationships, market intelligence, and the art of closing great deals. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our organization and the vast network of Channel Partners (CPs) in the real estate market — building strong partnerships, ensuring steady lead flow, and driving sales momentum.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and new Channel Partners.
Activate and onboard new CPs to expand the company’s market reach.
Communicate project details, pricing, offers, and updates effectively to all CPs.
Negotiate and close deals through effective relationship management and market understanding.
Drive consistent lead generation through partner engagement and loyalty programs.
Track performance, analyze partner productivity, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Represent the brand professionally in the market and uphold its values of trust and transparency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in real estate sourcing, channel management.
Proficiency in procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation
Strong network and experience in Channel Partner management / Real Estate sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proactive, relationship-driven, and target-oriented professional.
Knowledge of local real estate markets and competitive pricing.
