Our client is a global leader in nutraceutical and pharmaceutical ingredients. With strong growth ambition in APAC, they are now looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to expand its market in India. This role is based in Mumbai and will report to the Head of Business APAC based overseas.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide market trends on the assigned segment
• Propose Improvement in the company’s Sales strategy to the regional Sales Leader
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Support customer expectations around technical projects
• Collaborate with technical and marketing internal department
• Deliver regular activity reports and sales forecast
• Participate in yearly conferences, events, and trade shows in the country.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Master’s Degree, ideally in Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Bioprocessing.
• Having a Master’s Degree in life sciences is an advantage
• Preferably you have over 5 years of sales experience in industrial Biotechnology (Pharma, Food, Feed, Bio-Ingredients)
• Proven, successful track record in B2B technical product/ingredients sales
• Highly autonomous and hands-on, with an energetic, self-driven attitude to consistently deliver results.
