Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach. Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions and sales progress. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends. Assist with customer inquiries and follow-ups to ensure excellent client service. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities. Attend sales meetings, product training sessions, and networking events. Participate in technical product demonstrations (if applicable). Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review. Requirements: Matric Essential A recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must have a drive and passion for sales, business development, and customer engagement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Technical skills or experience in a technical sales environment will be advantageous. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Package & Remuneration Stipend - Monthly
