Job description Nutty Village is on a mission to revolutionize the nut-based food industry by offering clean-label, preservative-free, and palm oil-free products made from native desi groundnuts. Our products cater to the growing market of health-conscious consumers, retailers, and businesses. We are looking for Sales Interns who are passionate about business development, sales, and market expansion. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in D2C, B2C, and B2B sales, customer relationship management, and revenue generation strategies. 1️⃣ Lead Generation & Customer Outreach • Identify and research potential customers, retailers, and distributors. • Build a database of B2C (direct customers) and B2B (bulk buyers, cafes, retail chains, hotels, and corporate clients). • Initiate outreach through calls, emails, social media, and in-person visits. 2️⃣ Sales & Revenue Generation • Promote and sell Nutty Village’s nut-based product range to D2C, B2C, and B2B customers. • Conduct product sampling, presentations, and demo sessions for potential clients. • Close deals and meet monthly sales targets by acquiring new customers. 3️⃣ Retail & Distribution Expansion • Identify local stores, supermarkets, and specialty health stores to stock Nutty Village products. • Negotiate with retailers and secure shelf space for product placement. • Support in onboarding distributors to expand market reach. 4️⃣ Sales Strategy Development & Reporting • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies. • Track weekly and monthly sales performance and suggest improvements. • Prepare sales reports for management review.
