JOB SUMMARY DescriptionThis role refers to a sales function but with detailed attention to the products, we deal with. Due to the nature of products, extensive training will be done during the training period.Ideal candidateCandidates with a relevant academic qualification who have a passion for selling and have keen attention to detail will be highly considered.Training period & evaluationEvery candidate will be routed through a structured training program to equip with a skill set to perform the role. Continuous evaluations within the duration of training will work as a great tool to assess and polish the skill set to a level we desire to attain. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Personally welcoming customers who walk-in to the retail store, assist them by giving prompt, courteous and professional service. 2. Understanding customers’ needs and queries about the product, prices and services offered. 3. Assisting customers in selecting appropriate frame/sunglass to satisfy the clients comfort, appearance and prescription requirements4. Discussing and recommending types of lenses depending on customer work, age, requirement and need. 5. Making follow-up to ensure customers’ orders are ready and dispensing the ready glasses to the customer with explanation on how to take care of them. 6. Achieve established sales and customers service goals and objectives 7. Perform small repairs and adjustments to the frames if required 8. Handle customers questions and concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner 9. Follow all company procedures in registering, creating sale orders, cash handling and other common practices. 10. Share store maintenance and cleaning of the displayed products and store areas to ensure Store is well organized and kept clean. 11. Assist co-workers as needed including data entry in computer, making follow up with head office or customers etc. as and when required. 12. Inventory Management 13. Maintain good working relations with customers, coworkers and vendors. 14.
