Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Outreach & Closer responsible for generating qualified patient leads, educating prospects about SVF therapy, and converting inquiries into confirmed treatments. The role requires strong communication, counseling, and closing skills with a patient-centric approach.
Key ResponsibilitiesOutreach Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with potential leads and inquiries.
- Educate patients and prospects about SVF therapy benefits, procedures, and treatment outcomes.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns.
- Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, referral partners, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain regular communication with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Closing Responsibilities
- Counsel patients and address treatment-related queries professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed appointments and procedures.
- Handle objection management and negotiation ethically.
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Ensure smooth coordination between patients and clinical teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Excellent counseling and patient-handling ability.
- Sales closing and negotiation expertise.
- Understanding of healthcare or medical treatments (preferred).
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Management preferred).
- Experience in healthcare, therapy sales, medical sales, or inside sales is an advantage.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales/outreach/closing roles preferred.
