Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Outreach & Closer responsible for generating qualified patient leads, educating prospects about SVF therapy, and converting inquiries into confirmed treatments. The role requires strong communication, counseling, and closing skills with a patient-centric approach.

Key ResponsibilitiesOutreach Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with potential leads and inquiries.
  • Educate patients and prospects about SVF therapy benefits, procedures, and treatment outcomes.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns.
  • Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, referral partners, and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain regular communication with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Closing Responsibilities

  • Counsel patients and address treatment-related queries professionally.
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed appointments and procedures.
  • Handle objection management and negotiation ethically.
  • Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between patients and clinical teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent counseling and patient-handling ability.
  • Sales closing and negotiation expertise.
  • Understanding of healthcare or medical treatments (preferred).

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Management preferred).
  • Experience in healthcare, therapy sales, medical sales, or inside sales is an advantage.
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales/outreach/closing roles preferred.
