Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 CTC per month

Job Summary

Atharveda is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasion abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls
• Explain company products/services and answer customer queries
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
• Follow up with prospective customers to close sales
• Maintain and update customer database in CRM system
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer objections effectively and professionally
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare daily call reports and sales reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales
• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Good listening and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
