Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends
Collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve company goals
Market and promote the company’s product and offerings
Requirements:
B.Sc/HND in any field
2 years + of good sales experience in Real Estate
Preferably female
Track record of sales in real estate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Strong Marketing skills / Social media Savvy
Must reside on the island axis of Lagos State for close proximity to the work location
Applicant must be 25 to 38 years of age.
Location: Ikota Estate
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 300,000 Monthly (inclusive of target) + commission and incentives
Work Structure: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
