Position : Sales Elites - Nairobi

We are looking for Sales Elites.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management and Sales Execution – Process approximately 100 leads per month and work to convert them into mature customers. Conduct negotiations from first contact to contract signing with prospective sellers. Provide excellent customer service

Performance & Metrics – Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), including number of calls, call time, and conversion rates. Track and report on sales progress and deal status to ensure pipeline health and forecast accuracy.

Collaboration & Teamwork – Work closely with team members to drive company growth and success

Required profile for job ad : Sales Elites - Nairobi

1+ years of telephone or internet sales or real estate experience (no real estate license required).

Strong negotiation and rapport-building skills.

Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to communicate effectively with sellers.

Tech-savvy, proficient in using platforms such as Word, Excel, etc.

Reliable phone and internet service to support remote work.

Fluent English with a natural accent and excellent written grammar.

Well-organized, motivated, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
