ABOUT HUBBLEMIND HubbleMind aspires to be a leader in digital innovation, striving to transform industries with next-generation solutions including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Web Development, UI/UX design, Digital Marketing, and Data Science. We are looking for a proactive and analytical SDR Intern to help expand our client base by identifying and engaging with potential B2B clients. ROLE OVERVIEW As a SDR Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving HubbleMind’s growth by identifying and reaching out to potential business clients. This position is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in technology and business development who are eager to apply their skills in a dynamic environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Generation Research and identify potential clients across industries that align with our services. Develop and maintain a database of prospective leads. Client Outreach Draft and send personalized emails introducing HubbleMind’s services. Conduct cold calls to initiate conversations, understand client needs, and generate interest. Utilize LinkedIn and other professional networks to connect with key decision-makers. Data Management Collect and organize key client details, including contact information, industry insights, and engagement history. Maintain an updated CRM to track outreach efforts and client responses. Market Analysis Analyze market trends to identify high-potential industries and businesses. Research competitors to position HubbleMind’s offerings effectively. Feedback Collection Gather insights from client interactions to refine lead generation strategies. Provide feedback to enhance sales and marketing initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS : Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA or a similar degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A technical background or strong interest in technology is highly preferred. SKILLS: Strong research and analytical skills to identify business opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment. TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite for data management and presentations. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator (not mandatory, but good to have). STIPEND Commission-based - purely based on your performance! No fixed stipend - we don't want slackers, we want folks who want their work to matter! You bring in leads, help to convert them, and reap the benefits - as simple as that!
