Job description Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include • Coordinating with the manager and stakeholders for loan approval. • Ensuring to bring in New Customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers for generating renewal & referral business. • Resolving all customer doubts and questions while processing the loan. • Participating in business development activities to improve the brand visibility of Gold Loan in the catchment areas and to generate leads of prospective customers. • Capturing the right cartage, proper stone deduction, avoid/preventing spurious/unacceptable ornaments. • Adhering to high ethical standards and complying with all the laid down processes/policies of Rupeek - KYC adherence. • Verifying customers' KYC & completing online registration.
