Job Description

Job Title: Marketing & Business Development Associate Department: Sales and Marketing ________________________________________________________________________________ We are looking for a young Marketing & Business Development Associate, who is willing to work hard and be a part of the growth story of the company. Based out of Mumbai, the Marketing & Business Development Associate will be directly reporting to the Head of Global Sales and be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks such as supporting with managing the digital media platforms of the company, performing extensive market research studies and assisting in global business development with special focus on Specialty Chemical & Petrochemical End Users. Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Establishing and maintaining healthy customer relations at all appropriate decision maker levels; building on these relationships for mapping and maximizing sales opportunities, in line with global sales targets of the organization Supporting with development of annual marketing plans for all business verticals, to effectively execute marketing and transactional strategies, including but not limited to PR campaigns, digital marketing and events Supporting with development of annual sales plans by individual business verticals; collaborating with sales leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies to continuously improve market share Conducting primary and secondary research of global Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Specialty Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Power market segments to empower sales team with data that will help them in channeling their efforts in the right direction Preparing sector and territory specific demand forecast charts and compiling monthly reports on market size and market share of various players involved in all product segments Proposing diversification of existing product portfolio, taking into consideration the organisations core competencies and sustaining demand scenario Education & Experience BEng/BTech in Mechanical/Chemical/Petroleum Engineering Exposure to Digital Marketing and Brand Management Excellent PowerPoint and Excel Skills MBA will be an added advantage Freshers can apply Training will be provided Role: Business Development Executive (BDE) Industry Type: Engineering & Construction Department: Sales & Business Development Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: BD / Pre Sales
