Sales and Marketing Officer

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth.

Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.

Manage and optimize online and offline marketing campaigns.

Oversee product listing and performance on e-commerce platforms.

Generate leads, convert prospects, and meet/exceed sales targets.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies.

Track and report campaign performance metrics.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Real Estate and E-commerce sales/marketing.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media, and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 (commission)
