The Sales Executive will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, preparing and sending proposals, and supporting the sales team to achieve company goals. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Generation & Prospecting: • Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and direct outreach via phone, email, and social media. • Cold Calling: • Make outbound calls to potential clients, introduce the company’s products and services, and gauge interest in pursuing business opportunities. • Proposal Preparation & Follow-ups: • Prepare tailored proposals based on client requirements and follow up to ensure the proposals are received, reviewed, and to answer any questions. • Client Communication & Relationship Management: • Communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and present solutions that align with the company’s offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business. • Conversion of Leads to Business: • Convert leads into clients by guiding them through the sales process and closing deals effectively. • Sales Support & Execution: • Assist the sales team in developing and executing strategies to meet sales targets and objectives. Provide necessary support in presenting products or services to clients. • Execution of Sales Activities with the Business Development Team: • Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies, ensuring that the transition from lead generation to client acquisition is smooth. • Market Research: • Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Share valuable insights with the team to improve sales strategies. • CRM Management: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system. Ensure that customer data is properly managed for follow-ups and relationship-building. • Sales Reporting: • Provide regular updates on sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, meetings, and overall progress toward sales targets. • Customer Service: • Address client queries, resolve issues, and provide post-sale support as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications & Skills: • Education: • Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferred)/ MBA- Marketing • Experience: • 0-1 year of experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred, but freshers with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales are also welcome. • Skills: • Working Experience with Computer Tools: • Familiarity with sales tools and customer management software. Comfortable using digital tools to manage leads, sales, and customer interactions. • Microsoft Tools Proficiency: • Working experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Ability to create reports, presentations, and communicate effectively using these tools. • Adaptability with Tools: • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software in a fast-paced work environment. • Communication Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present solutions clearly to clients. • Interpersonal & Negotiation Skills: • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients. • Goal-Oriented: • Motivated by achieving sales targets and driving results. • Team Player: • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team. • Attributes: • Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. • Detail-oriented with a passion for customer service and sales. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
