Sales and Business Development Intern

Job description 📍Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) 💼 Internship Type: Paid Internship (3-6 months) - Base + Incentive + Perks 🚀 Who We Are: Buddy Bash is on a mission to bring fun, social play, and effortless engagement to workplaces, hospitality spaces, and social hubs with games like Cornhole. What You’ll Do: This is a dual-role internship where you’ll gain hands-on experience in both inside sales and on-ground business development. Telesales & Sales Funnel Development: - Prospect and reach out to selected segments - Manage email outreach and follow-ups to build a strong sales pipeline. - Book & schedule demos with potential clients. - Maintain and update the CRM/sales funnel with leads and conversations. Field Lead – Demos & Experiences: - Conduct on-site game demos and trials in Hyderabad for offices, hotels, and other venues. - Engage and pitch to key decision-makers during these experiences. - Gather live feedback and improve the demo experience. - Assist in event activations and partnerships with companies and social hubs. What You Bring: - Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi (a must for local sales conversations). - Great communication skills – confident in cold calling and in-person interactions. - A genuine interest in sports, sports management, and workplace engagement. - Self-motivated, high-energy, and proactive – you’re excited to make an impact! - Comfortable with basic sales tools, email marketing, and CRM software.
