Safety Officer (EHS) - Cebu

Responsibilities

Monitors the subsidiaries compliance to regulatory requirements.

Coordinates with subsidiaries’ EHS Officers in the implementation of EHS Programs (including Emergency Preparedness).

Conducts onsite audit and inspections.

Coordinates with relevant department on the implementation of risk controls.

Collaborate with BU Operations in the implementation of the Subsidiary Management Framework (SMF).

Performs all other tasks (aligned to achieving the department objectives) assigned by the immediate head

Qualifications

With a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Environmental, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or other relevant education.

With at least three (3) years of working experience related to safety and environmental management.

Knowledge of using relevant software, including MS Office and Google Applications.

Must have SO2 Certification; PCO Accreditation is a plus

Follow Hybrid Schedule of the Head Office.

May be required to physically report to work for more than 3 days as the need arises.

May be required to travel from time to time to different subsidiaries for meetings and inspections.
